Warranty
2 Year Warranty Coverage
Our 2 year warranty applies to:
- Incomplete set of parts on delivery
- Any defect(s) of parts during delivery
- Significant defects on mechanical parts - Control Panel, Table Frame Motor
2 Year Warranty Exceptions
Our 2 year warranty does not apply to:
- Products manufactured by other brands
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Normal wear and tear over time, including dents, scratchers, stains, swollen(bubble), fading and tears
- Changes in finishes or colors, including colorfastness and fading due to exposure to direct sunlight or aging
- Damage due to improper assembly/disassembly
- Damage caused by improper cleaning supplies
- Damage caused by product modifications, misuse, abuse or floods, fire, hurricanes
- Imprinting and scratching due to writing instruments or other sharp objects
- Expenses for return delivery for inspection and replacement

Easy to fix and good condition
I thought I wouldn’t need a standing desk but I’ve been using it everyday. Great quality and easy to install. They should provide ready made holes for the accessories
My table top was dented and finishing also not so good. It takes years for the seller to response from different channels ie. Whatsapp, Instagram & Facebook messenger. O raised my complaint on 1 Feb 2024 and the seller only responded and agreed to replace on the beginning of Mar. However, until today I still yet to receive the replacement of the table top
Probably made the hole ready for the accessories or add-on gadget such as headphone holder, plug extension so that we will not needed to pinched a new hole that possibly break the whole table.
Other than that everything is good and well prepared.
